- After the concert, taxis will be available right outside the Orangery in Schoenbrunn Palace. In addition, the subway runs in 5 to 8-minute intervals until midnight.
- On selected days, concerts may take place in the Great Gallery or the White Gold Room located inside Schoenbrunn Palace, at the Schoenbrunn Palace Theater or at other concert halls in Vienna.
- Drinks are not included with the meal.
- On rare occasions, dinner might be relocated to the Restaurant Tafelspitz, which is located outside of the Palace.
- The operating hours of the Schoenbrunn Palace is as follows: April to June and September to October - 08:30 to 17:30 July to August - 08:30 to 18:30 November to March - 8:30 to 17:00
- Vegetarian options are available upon request.
- The cloakroom fee is 1 EUR per person while a program costs 5 EUR per piece.
- Photography or video recording is not permitted during the concert.
- The concert always starts at 20:30, except for the following dates: - December 24: 15:00 - December 31: 19:00 - January 1: 16:00 and 20:30

- Please exchange your VELTRA voucher at the office located at the Orangery in Schoenbrunn Palace within the following hours: 08:00 - 18:30. Note: The office is open until the concert start time which is 20:30. (In case you cannot make it on time for the start of dinner, you can still get your tickets until the office opening time.)
- All guests must check in their coats or jackets in the cloakroom according to Viennese event law.
